Insomnia haunts me like clouds

The sky dim

My breath weak within

The frozen air

My skin numb and blue

From the cold.

From the hurt.

I can't sleep,

I can't sleep.

I can't sleep...

Then, somehow

This black sheep felt it

The light.

Through insomniac clouds

You've found me.

Brought the sun, moon and stars

Alongside you

Fighting the winter winds

That plagued me

Your moonlight shine

Dark eyes filled with stardust

Your light swallows me whole

Accepts me

All of me until

I can sleep...

I can sleep,

I can sleep.
